To comply with legal requirements and ensure property security, we may request a copy of your government-issued photo ID, verify your contact information, ask you to complete our verification process, and/or, in certain cases, undergo a criminal background check.

By completing your reservation, you agree to the following conditions:

- You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions. - You acknowledge that you may be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID prior to check-in. - You understand that your check-in instructions may be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification process. - All guests are subject to verification checks and must provide the necessary information within 24 hours of booking. Same-day bookings must provide the information within 1 hour of booking. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation that does not meet our verification criteria. Important note: The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes. We are happy to welcome pets at our Airbnb, subject to size limitations. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay for everyone, please let us know in advance if you will be bringing a pet. Failure to disclose a pet may lead to the cancellation of your reservation.

The following additional PER PET cleaning fee applies: 1 - 4 Nights: $25.00 Per Night. 5-29 Nights: $200 Flat Rate. 30+ Nights: $300 Flat Rate.
