Toronto Condo Balcony & Skyline Views

Please review the following information before booking: The maximum occupancy is 4 guests. The bedroom has one queen bed. The second sleeping arrangement is a sofa bed in the living room. The living room becomes a sleeping area when the sofa bed is open. Please include every overnight guest in the reservation so that the correct bedding and towels can be prepared. Parking is not included and there is no parking space on the property. Check-in begins after 4:00 p. m. Checkout must be completed before 10:00 a. m. Only registered guests are permitted inside the condo. Parties, events and disruptive gatherings are not permitted. Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the condo or on the balcony. Pets are not permitted. Guests must respect the building, neighboring residents and all condominium rules. Please keep noise at a respectful level, particularly during nighttime hours. As this is a centrally located downtown condo, normal city activity may occasionally be heard. Children must be supervised on the balcony at all times.

Smoking

Smoking, vaping, or cannabis use is not permitted anywhere in the unit or building. -$400 fee for any violation.

Lost Items

We kindly ask that all keys and fobs are kept safe and returned upon checkout. If any items are missing, replacement fees will apply - Missing keys: $500 CAD - Missing fob: $250 CAD - Both fob & key lost: $750 CAD
