Please review the following information before booking: The maximum occupancy is six guests. The condo has two private bedrooms. The condo has two full bathrooms. The primary bedroom has one king bed. The second bedroom has one queen bed. The third bed is a sofa bed in the living room. When the sofa bed is open, the living room also functions as a sleeping area. Every overnight guest must be included in the reservation. Only registered guests are permitted inside the condo. Parking is not included. Guests arriving by car must arrange paid parking separately. The building has elevator access. The condo includes a balcony. Children must be supervised on the balcony at all times. Normal downtown traffic, construction or city activity may occasionally be heard. Parties, events and disruptive gatherings are not permitted. Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the condo or on the balcony. Pets are not permitted. Guests must follow all condominium and building rules. Early check-in and late checkout are not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing. Exact arrival and unit-access details are only provided to confirmed guests.

Smoking

Smoking, vaping, or cannabis use is not permitted anywhere in the unit or building. -$400 fee for any violation.

Lost Items

We kindly ask that all keys and fobs are kept safe and returned upon checkout. If any items are missing, replacement fees will apply - Missing keys: $500 CAD - Missing fob: $250 CAD - Both fob & key lost: $750 CAD
